Privacy
What we keep about you, why, and who else touches it. Seenkite is a product of Felicity Systems, which is responsible for this data ("we", "us").
What we keep
- Account: your name, email, password hash, time zone, sign-in sessions.
- Your sites: addresses, settings, audit reports, page titles and short text extracts, fixes and their history.
- Connected data: Search Console clicks and queries for sites you connect, and repository files during an audit (deleted right after).
- Billing: plan and payment status. Card details stay with Lemon Squeezy.
- Security logs: IP addresses of sign-in attempts and admin actions, kept for abuse prevention.
Why
To run audits and show you results, send the emails you asked for, take payment, keep accounts secure, and fix problems. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
- Lemon Squeezy: payments and invoices.
- Our email provider: account and notification emails.
- Google: Search Console and PageSpeed data you ask us to fetch; AI-citation checks.
- Cloudflare: network protection, the sign-up check and domain safety checks.
- Our hosting provider, where the servers and encrypted backups live.
Cookies
Only what the app needs: your sign-in session, your theme and your time zone. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How long
While your account is active. Deleting a site or organisation removes its data at once; encrypted backups that still contain it roll over within about three months. Lapsed accounts are deleted after the period stated in the app.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct or delete your data. Most of it is in the app; for anything else write to [email protected].
