Terms and acceptable use
The short version: audit sites you own or are allowed to work on, don't use Seenkite for anything illegal, and we'll keep your data safe and let you leave any time.
1. Who we are
Seenkite is a product of Felicity Systems, which runs the service ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or organisation using the service. These terms are an agreement between you and Felicity Systems.
2. Your account
Keep your password and API keys safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account and organisation. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
3. Acceptable use
You may only add sites that you own, manage, or have permission to audit. You must not use Seenkite:
- for sites with sexual or adult content, or any content that sexualises minors;
- for sites that distribute malware, phishing, scams, or anything illegal where you or the site operate;
- to overload, attack, probe for vulnerabilities in, or get around the security of any site, including ours;
- to scrape or copy other people's content beyond what an SEO audit needs;
- to resell or share access in a way your plan doesn't allow.
We automatically check sites and competitors against public safety lists (for example Cloudflare's family filter and Google Safe Browsing) and won't audit sites they flag. We may block a site, suspend an organisation or close an account that breaks these rules, usually after telling you, and immediately when the law or safety requires it.
4. What our crawler does
Audits fetch public pages of the sites you add, respect robots.txt for our crawler, and run a few pages in a headless browser. See About our crawler.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Plans start with a free trial. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, under their terms. If a plan lapses, the account becomes read-only, and is deleted after the period stated in the app, with warnings by email first.
6. Your data
Your reports, fixes and settings belong to you. We use them only to run the service. How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice. You can delete sites or your whole organisation at any time.
7. Suggestions and AI-written text
Audits, fixes and drafts are suggestions. Review changes before you publish them; you are responsible for what goes live on your site. We don't promise particular rankings, traffic or AI citations.
Names and logos of search and AI services shown on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to say which services we check for; Seenkite is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Availability and liability
Seenkite is in beta: we are still building and testing it. Features, limits and prices may change, and parts of the service may sometimes break or be unavailable.
We work to keep Seenkite running and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or rankings.
9. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be taken away.
11. Contact and reports
Questions, or want to report a site or account that breaks these rules? Write to [email protected].
